Write a product listing buyers can understand

Clear photos, honest details and predictable delivery make it easier for buyers to decide.

Show the actual product

Use clear photos of the item you are selling. Show the front, back, label, important details and any visible wear. A plain background and daylight often help more than heavy filters. If you sell several variants, identify which photo belongs to each one.

Do not use a stock photo as the only evidence of a second-hand item. Make the first image recognisable at a small size, then use the remaining images to answer likely buyer questions.

Give the details buyers search for

Choose a straightforward title with the item type, brand or model, and a key specification. In the description, list size, colour, condition, what is included and what is not. State the location accurately. Mention defects plainly instead of waiting for a buyer to discover them.

Set a price that matches the exact item and any delivery charges. If you offer a promotion, say when it ends and whether it applies to every variant. Avoid claims such as 'guaranteed original' unless you can support them.

Make fulfilment predictable

Tell buyers when you can confirm an order, the areas you serve and how delivery or pickup works. If a rider is available, clarify the handoff and the delivery fee before dispatch. Respond to questions in one place and keep a record of important changes.

After a sale, update the order accurately and provide the agreed item. A simple, honest description helps reduce cancellations and disputes. Affiliate links or paid spotlight placement may bring visibility, but neither guarantees a sale.
