Privacy Notice

Effective 1 October 2026 · Earnviro is powered and operated by UltraValue Enterprises.

This notice describes information used to provide Earnviro and how to contact us about it through the support option in your account.

Information we handle

Depending on the services you use, we handle your name, contact details, profile information, membership and payment records, bank payout details, task submissions, referral and wallet activity, messages to support, device and security records, and identity documents when verification is needed. Do not upload information beyond what a requested activity requires.

Why we use it

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide paid access, review tasks, calculate and record eligible rewards, process transactions, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal obligations. Some processing is necessary to provide a requested service; other processing may be required for legal compliance or security. Where consent is required for an optional use, we will request it separately.

Sharing and protection

Relevant data may be shared with payment processors, banks, hosting and service providers to deliver the service, or with authorities when legally required. Access within Earnviro should be limited to authorised roles. No online system can promise absolute security; report suspected unauthorised access through support promptly.

Retention and your choices

We retain records for as long as needed for the service, transaction reconciliation, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them when appropriate. You can request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask a privacy question, through Earnviro support. Some transaction records may need to be kept after an account closes.

Updates

We will update this notice when our services or data practices change and publish the new effective date. Review notices at the point where a new feature asks for additional information.
