These terms explain the rules for using Earnviro. Read the plan price, duration, task conditions and withdrawal rules shown at the time of each transaction before you proceed. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to these terms and the applicable activity rules.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and use your own account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may request identity or payment information to protect users, investigate misuse or process payouts. We may restrict an account for suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, abuse or unlawful activity, and provide a support route for disputes.

Membership

Paid memberships provide access to eligible features for the duration and price displayed at checkout. The applicable access period and any renewal terms are shown on the plan page before payment. A membership fee is a payment for access, not a deposit or investment, and does not guarantee tasks, referrals, earnings or a return. Earnviro does not set a plan-specific monthly ceiling on approved task rewards. Rewards still depend on available tasks, successful completion, approval, and available platform funds; no specific amount of earnings is promised. Check the checkout screen for the exact plan, price, access dates and applicable payment or refund conditions before paying.

Tasks, referrals and rewards

Tasks are offered when available. Each task may have eligibility rules, proof requirements, deadlines and an approval process. Rewards are credited only when the stated conditions are met and the activity is approved. Rejected, duplicate, fraudulent or reversed activity may result in withheld or corrected rewards. Referral rewards apply only to qualifying membership transactions under the referral rules shown in the app; an invitation alone does not create a payable reward.

Wallet and withdrawals

The account wallet records eligible rewards, credits, deductions and withdrawal activity. A displayed balance may include amounts that are pending review or unavailable for withdrawal. Withdrawal eligibility, minimum and maximum amounts, applicable days and payment methods are shown in the app. Requests may require identity checks and review. Payment processing may depend on the bank or payment provider; a submitted request is not confirmation that the transfer has completed. Contact support with the transaction reference if a payment is delayed or disputed.

Marketplace and other features

Marketplace, books, advertising and community features may be unavailable or introduced in stages. When available, any listing, purchase or campaign has its own displayed price, delivery, cancellation and refund conditions. Sellers and users must not post misleading, unlawful or infringing material. Do not rely on a planned feature as part of a membership purchase unless its availability is expressly shown at checkout.

Games

Two-player game previews and free-play activities follow the 2 Player Games Policy. Each player must be 18 or older and accept the applicable rules before joining a live match. No money-stake match or cash prize is offered in the current two-player preview. If approved cash matches launch later, a confirmed winner’s manual payment may take up to 72 hours after the result is final, any dispute is resolved and payout details are verified.

Changes and support

We may update these terms as services change and will publish the updated effective date. Material changes affecting a paid membership should be communicated to affected users. For account, reward, withdrawal or payment questions, use the support option in Earnviro. These terms do not remove rights that apply under Nigerian law.
